JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ADMIN MANAGER
- General administration and facility management:
- Supervising all administrative activities like branch facilities, repair, maintenance, etc.
- Accountable for all overseeing general administrations with zero downtime for all admin-related services.
- Compliance, Corporate Process & Policies:
- Taking care of compliance parameters as prescribed by the organization implementation of same at all branches like lease deed renewal, shop & establishment registration/renewals, mandatory register, and records, etc.
- Tracking, monitoring, and implementation of all admins-related corporate processes and policies at all premises.
- Ensure zero audit issues related to admin.
- Location Expansion / Project Management / Infrastructure:
- Sourcing of new /Shifting/Extension of premises as per business feasibility and as per prescribed parameters by the company.
- Supervising the expansion of new branches.
- Overseeing projects with cost budget as per branch interior requirements.
- Have knowledge about office infrastructure set-up.
- Procurement, Vendor Management & Cost control:
- Developing and implementing key purchase strategies and ensuring that plans are aligned with project requirements.
- Developing, reviewing, and tracking vendors’ activities and being accountable for clearing payments on time by properly checking, controlling, and keeping the expense in control as per budget allocation by management.
- Responsible for reducing branch operational costs without hampering any business activity.
